Full gas central heating with additional heating from coal effect gas fire in sitting room and gas fired Rayburn in kitchen. Gas cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer & freezer (in shed), colour TV, video, stereo/CD player etc. All fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Small enclosed yard to rear with shed (suitable for cycle storage, etc). Small patio area to front with garden furniture. Nearby roadside parking (2 minutes). One well behaved small dog under strict control welcome. Shop 1 minute, pub 3 minutes.
